Our Cancellation Policy

With all cancellations, we require 24 hours prior notice to your scheduled appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment time to other clients on our cancellation list. If we are not notified within this period, a cancellation fee will be incurred.

Conditions of entry

  • Staff and clients of Harrington Hair who have the most common COVID-19 symptoms of fever, dry cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, above normal temperature and those who have travelled overseas or to known hotspots, who have been requested to quarantine, or have a family member in quarantine are not permitted into the salon.
  • If you have been experiencing symptoms, or have been around anyone experiencing symptoms, please reschedule your appointment ASAP (you need to give at least 24 hours notice)
  • Please sanitise your hands upon entering the salon.
  • Sign in using the Service NSW QR Code or request your details to be manually entered in if unable to use QR code.
  • New clients fill out a COVID-19 declaration form.
  • Arrive on time for your appointment to minimise any gathering of clients in the reception area.
  • We also kindly request that clients come to their appointment alone if possible to comply with our COVID policy requirements.
